A more comfortable way to have surgery at Harue
What is conscious sedation?
A small dose of sedative is given through a vein to help you receive treatment comfortably with less fear and pain.
Although it can feel like sleep, you remain conscious and can breathe on your own during the procedure.

Can dental treatment be less painful?
At ease, without fear. Thoughtful care at Harue.
Teeth are among the body’s most sensitive tissues.
Once pain begins, it can be severe enough to interfere with everyday life.
Many people therefore worry that dental treatment will hurt
and delay or feel afraid of treatment.
As a child, DR. Hanna Lee was herself a very anxious dental patient.
That experience helps her understand the fear that patients feel.
Dr. Lee introduced dental treatment under light sedation in 2004.
She draws on more than 20 years of experience to provide safe, comfortable care.
Harue nevertheless avoids overusing sedation.
Because these medicines are psychoactive,
sedation is recommended carefully for patients with severe dental anxiety.
Harue’s care philosophy is simple:
“Minimize pain and prolonged discomfort.”
Skilled hands and precise clinical systems
help minimize unnecessary pain and discomfort
so patients can feel more at ease during treatment.
At Harue, we understand your fear and focus on your comfort.
